Learn the easiest and most forgiving of painting techniques from nationally known professional artist, Vanessa Sheldon.  Learn about color mixing, edges, values, design, depth and other basic & advanced skills, allowing you to become a master painter. We will paint outdoors, weather permitting.  Students will create full color originals from life. Class size is limited and sessions are 2 hours long.

 

This class is based on a professional atelier styled program designed to maximize students progress, offering in-depth art instruction  for all levels, beginner to advanced.  Weekly classes and 2 day workshops are offered throughout the year by Vanessa Sheldon.  Instruction is available in oils, pastels, watercolor, and drawing.  Subjects include still life, landscape, figure, and portraits. This is an opportunity to learn new skills, refine your technique, and learn from a recognized professional artists.

 

The instructor provides a demonstration on the first day of class, then students are taught how to create their own personal masterpieces from life and eventually progress to make their own creative choice of subject matter.
